The Construction Laborer position is an hourly full time seasonal position with full benefits and reports to the Construction Foreman/ General Manager. Full Description
Vacation Leave: 1.5385 per pay period (40 hrs./5 days per year) hrs for 1styear
3.077 per pay period (80 hrs./10 days per year) for years 2 – 10 (Max 240 hrs)
4.615 per pay period (120 hrs./15 days per year) after 10 years (Max 240 hrs)
Sick Leave: 3.692 hrs. per pay period (96hrs./12 days per year) Max. 90 days
Holidays Observed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day (office closed)
Personal Leave: Floating Holidays – 32 hrs./4 days per year (Implemented after one year of service on a pro-rated basis)
Overtime: Hourly at one and one half time.
